Thank you for visiting our shop. CoolRolls Ice Cream was established in 2022 by mother and son to bring some of the best gourmet rolled ice cream to Northern California. Rolled ice cream originated in Thailand and is also known as “Thai fried ice cream “ an instantaneous method of producing ice cream. Due to the instant freezing process our hand rolled ice cream has a smooth velvety texture with less air incorporated into our sweet cream mixture than prepackaged hand dipped ice cream. Our ice cream is made fresh to order with an unlimited possibility of flavors. Do yourself a favor and try some today…
